I’m thinking of ordering some gourmet bottled water. I have to order at least 2 cases. Obviously water won’t go bad, but what what I do with the stuff?

What the hell is Gourmet bottled water. Sounds like a water for insecure people with too much money. Deer Pak water will do the trick. Water is water IS WATER. It all taste the same but when it comes down to purity, bottled water has been proven to be dirtier than the public water supply

Coffee always tastes better when made with spring water. So does tea (hot or iced).
you could also make sugar syrup out of some of it to keep around the house. The water being purified will help it to last for 3-4 weeks refrigerated. you can use it as a sweetener in cold beverages.
You can also use it for making pasta sauces, other sauces, roasts…anything that takes water. With things like stew or a pot roast, you should notice a change in the flavor.
I wouldn’t waste it on pasta though, as it won’t change the flavor.
I’d be more worried about recycling all those plastic bottles!

Give your plants a gourmet watering?
Use it to make gourmet tea, coffee, koolaid, etc.
gourmet cooking should have gourmet water when a gourmet recipie calls for water.
Or just keep yourself hydrated the gourmet way.
Water can go bad on you. Over time, bottled water will develop fungus and or bacteria hence why they have a best before date on the bottle. Usually a year or two is the max shelf life.
